For accommodation bookings in our gites, prices are per week and are subject to tourist tax and a security deposit (please see below for more details). There is some flexibility around arrival and departure dates and length of booking those so please just contact us and we will see what we can do.

Tourist Tax (Taxe de Séjour): As per French legislation, we are required to charge a daily tourist tax of EUR 0.80 (2023 rate) for each person staying at the property (excluding children under the age of 18 and registered disabled).
Breakage and Cleaning Deposit: "Just in case", we require a security deposit of EUR 200 (per gite) that is payable with the final balance 8 weeks before your holiday date. Deposits, minus any charges, will be refunded back to you within 2 weeks of your departure.
A full overview of all costs and charges will be shared with you upon enquiry so that you are clear on exactly what your holiday is going to cost. Don't worry, there are no hidden charges that you will suddenly be billed with - we like to keep things very open, honest and easy to understand. Additional services are available on request and again, we can provide a clear list of prices for you.
